Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy offers treatment for complaints of the support and musculoskeletal system. Physiotherapy is also known as physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy is a protected profession, unlike osteopathy and chiropractic.
Patients with complaints of the support and musculoskeletal system receive exercise therapy, massage therapy or physical therapy to improve their mobility and reduce pain.
The physiotherapist starts the treatment with a physical examination. A treatment plan is then drawn up and discussed with the patient.
It is the exercises that the patient must perform themselves that are responsible for healing. The physiotherapist mainly has a supporting role.
