How do I prevent my glasses from fogging up when I wear a mask?

When you wear a mask, it can be difficult to keep your glasses from fogging up. Here are some tips you can try.

Make sure the mask fits snugly against your face and pull your glasses forward slightly so that they sit over the top of the mask. This can help to direct warm air away from the lenses. If your mask has a flexible metal strip across the bridge of your nose, make sure it fits snugly against your nose to prevent warm air from escaping into your glasses.

There are special anti-fog sprays and wipes available that you can apply to your lenses to prevent them from fogging up. Apply a small amount of dishwashing liquid to your lenses and then wipe with a soft cloth without rinsing. This will leave a thin film that will help to reduce fogging.

Before going outside, warm your glasses by placing them on your hands or using a hairdryer on a low setting. This will help to reduce the temperature difference and reduce the risk of fogging up.

Avoiding foggy glasses while wearing a mask can be tricky, but by using these techniques and tools, you can significantly reduce the problem. Experiment with different methods to see which one works best for you.
