Who can help me if all general practitioners have a patient freeze?
A general practitioner or a group of doctors can temporarily or permanently refuse new patients, but must guarantee continuity of care.
They can refuse to accept patients who already have a GP in the region. For patients who do not yet have a GP in the region, the nearest GP will make an exception.
The local GP circle can provide a different arrangement, but is responsible for organizing the reception of new patients without a GP.
