How can I lose weight?

Many people want to keep their weight under control. Others really want to lose weight. Here are 5 tips to get started?

Do not buy pre-packed or frozen meals or sauces, but make your own meals with fresh products. Determine in advance how many sandwiches you will eat and do not eat hot food a second time.

Drink a large glass of water before and between meals. This way you feel full faster. Avoid drinks with calories such as soda, fruit juice and wine. You can add some fresh lemon juice or orange juice to sparkling water to give it a flavor. Choose your dessert carefully. End the meal with a fresh piece of fruit or a piece of dark chocolate. Cookies and prepared dessert are calorie bombs.

Take a brisk walk of at least 30 minutes every day and choose not to take the elevator or get off one stop early. You can have a healthy snack in between. These preferably do not contain fast sugars because then you will soon be hungry again.
