Intermittent fasting

A natural medicine is a medicine that is made from components that are immediately present in nature. Synthetic medicines, on the other hand, are manufactured artificially.

Alternative medicine as well as conventional medicine use natural medicines.

In phytotherapy, natural medicines are used, but in an unpurified form.

In classical medicine, the active ingredient is purified from the natural product so that only the active ingredient is in the medicine and the amount of the active ingredient is controlled. Many natural medicines contain only a small amount of the active ingredient, making their effectiveness very small or non-existent. Scientific evidence is often lacking for many natural medicines.
