Is Celtic sea salt healthier than regular salt?

It is claimed, especially in advertising and on social media, that Celtic sea salt is healthier than regular salt. This is because Celtic sea salt is said to contain 84 minerals. As a result, it would replenish mineral deficiencies, but the digestive tract would also be 'relaxed' and it would optimize the acid-base balance in the body.

But Celtic sea salt is 88% the same as regular salt. It indeed contains many minerals (72 in total) but it also contains more heavy metals such as cadmium and arsenic, two very dangerous substances.

It also contains iodine but only in a very small amount and even less than what is needed to get the daily amount. The amount of potassium, an important substance in our body, is also far too low to attribute a health effect to it. Celtic sea salt is therefore not healthier than regular salt. The use of Celtic sea salt in drinks to stay or become healthy can even be discouraged altogether.
