Does horse milk help against whooping cough?

Horse milk is sometimes considered an alternative health remedy because of its nutrients and supposed health benefits.

There are claims that mare’s milk can boost the immune system and help with various conditions, but there is little scientific evidence specifically showing that mare’s milk is effective against whooping cough.

Whooping cough (pertussis) is a contagious bacterial infection of the respiratory tract caused by the bacterium Bordetella pertussis. The best way to prevent and treat whooping cough is through vaccination and antibiotics. Mare’s milk should not be used as a substitute for regular medical treatments or medications.

It is always important to seek medical advice from a doctor, especially for serious illnesses such as whooping cough.
