What is polyenergetic therapy useful for?
Polyenergetic therapy is an alternative form of therapy that often focuses on energetic balance, emotional processing and stress reduction. It combines techniques such as breathing exercises, visualizations and bodywork to promote balance.
Possible applications include stress reduction, emotional processing, support for chronic complaints and improvement of well-being.
There is little or no scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of polyenergetic therapy. The results seem to be based mainly on personal experiences and placebo effects. Studies on energy therapies in general are often methodologically weak or inconsistent.
